Email is the only way to reach Dump Meals, and every message is read. Replies usually take a few days, and when a recipe needs fixing, the fix goes on the recipe page itself.

What helps most
- A recipe that didn't work. Tell us the recipe, your slow cooker's size, the setting and how long it cooked, and what came out. That's how we tighten a time range or fix an amount.
- A mistake. If an amount, a time or a temperature looks wrong, tell us where. Food-safety corrections are fixed first.
- Something broken. If the planner or a printout doesn't work, mention your device and browser.
- A recipe you'd like to see. If there's a dish you'd like as a dump meal or a freezer bag, tell us. We can't promise every one, but requests decide what gets written next.
What we can't help with
We can't give medical or diet advice, and we can't tell you whether food that sat out or lost power is safe to eat. For that, the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Meat and Poultry Hotline answers food-safety questions: 1-888-674-6854 (1-888-MPHotline).
